This week, we are thrilled to unveil the shiny, new Ayrshire Association of Business Women (AABW) website!
The committee wanted a fully responsive website which is user friendly, simple to navigate whilst maintaining their existing branding.
With a private members log in, they also desired the ability to allow the members to book events and complete the transaction using a payment function. Alongside this, the log in allows the members to edit information as well as access automatically created documents generated by the database. These include member certifications and e-flyers.
The website has a content management system (CMS) which allows the committee to regularly update the site with news, new events, texts and imagery.
The CMS has been set up to allow a new map feature to appear for each newly added event by generating the location using the postcode entered.
Due to the networking nature of the organisation, this was a very important element to the website which aims to dramatically decrease administration resources.
We also created a featured members function, whereby the order of the list of members is randomly formed each time the page is refreshed; allowing each member equal promotion opportunities!
Additionally, we redesigned their certificate, social media cover and profile images for public, committee and private group pages.
Furthermore, we also designed and created information cards which the association provide to members and prospective members. These cards again, maintained the brand whilst detailing the upcoming events and the committee's renowned networking imagery!
